Temu to Resume U.S. Deliveries from China
Temu is set to resume fully-managed model in the U.S. as trade tensions between China and the U.S. ease. Sellers are urged to restock, but the relaunch comes with stricter pre-approval rules—most notably, a required certificate proving goods are not made in China. Exceptions may be granted for high-scoring branded products under Temu's internal rating system. The move follows Temu's suspension of fully-managed business in early May due to heightened U.S. tariffs on small parcels. (ebrun)

US demand for container shipping from China has surged nearly 300% following a pause in retaliatory tariffs, according to Vizion. Weekly shipments jumped to 21,530 TEUs from an average of 5,709 in early May, driven by a 90-day truce between the two countries. The U.S. cut tariffs from 145% to 30%, while China lowered its duties on American goods. German carrier Hapag-Lloyd also reported a 50% rise in bookings, signaling a swift rebound in trade volumes.
